fishing
reel is a very important piece of fishing gear for
any angler. Without a fishing reel, how would an angler deploy and
retrieve fishing line? Different fishing reels deploy and retrieve
line in different ways. A fly casting fishing reel is quite simple,
perhaps the simplest of all the types. This is because it is actually
the fly fisherman who pulls the line off of the reel with one hand
and controls the line.
A bait casting fishing reel, on the other hand, is much more mechanically
complicated. The line is drawn out not by the hand of the fisherman,
but by the weight of the lure and the forward motion of the rod.
Spinning fishing reels are less likely to backlash than bait casting
ones, and multiplier fishing reels give the angler more length and
accuracy while casting.
